Bank of Varistors + Gas discharger

Description

This AC Surge Protector is composed of a bank of 3 Varistors and 1 Gas discharger (Part number Gasprt-01). The protector will be operating short circuiting the AC voltage if it is about 285V at minimum. If the AC is superior of 285V the protector is actived, and the fuse of the equipment is open. Discharges from electrical rays, discharged in the AC line makes a short circuit in the varistors and gas discharge, the protector open the fuse and protect the equipment against these fails.
